Enclosed you will find the bid for Absentee ballots and the bid for Election Day ballots for the November 7, 2023 General Election.

Please note for Absentee Ballots we are requesting that the vendor continue to process our Absentee ballots until the last day allotted by statute.  Historically, we have done the last week ourselves so this is a definite departure from past practice. We realize the size of the file will change potential costs associated with mailing out a smaller file.
